Alexis Kise
Alexis Kise is a parent, public affairs professional, and equity-focused legislative strategist with a strong background in government operations, legislative processes, and systems reform. She holds a Master of Arts in Advocacy and Political Leadership from Metropolitan State University, where she specialized in Public Policy Evaluation, Ethics, and Political Leadership, and was a finalist for the Outstanding Student nomination. Alexis also graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science, emphasizing Diversity and Social Justice and Policy Analysis.
With experience in campaign finance leadership and as legislative staff during the 2024 session, Alexis has collaborated with state leadership to manage agendas, conduct policy research, and foster stakeholder engagement to address systemic inequities. As a mother of two neurodivergent children, her lived experiences inform her compassionate, outcomes-driven approach to advancing equity and justice. Alexis remains dedicated to creating innovative public policy solutions and equitable systems while building meaningful relationships across sectors to drive impactful change.
